Born and raised in Florence. With 17 years I moved to Spain, but it would not be until 2009, after moving to London where I started and discovered my passion for cooking under the guidance of my mentor Paul, who made me connect with those nostalgic flavors of my childhood.

After a year and a half of hard learning I returned to Spain; my step in several cities: Madrid, Barcelona, ​​Valencia, Tenerife and now Palma de Mallorca took me to carry out this project which is to take every guest through the palate to that Tuscany of my childhood, that Fiorentina cuisine so emblematic.

 

In Il Basilico Viola what we do in each dish is to revive the aroma and sensations of those homemade recipes taking full advantage of local products, without manipulating them in excess to enjoy their authentic flavor. Our cuisine is governed by the traditional and simplicity, we do not seek virtuosity but to maintain the original flavor.

Il Basilico Viola moves regularly to Tuscany and we do not have intermediaries to acquire the necessary products to make our dishes, although we also want to take advantage of the local product, providing a customized menu, based on several seasonal products, with the facility of adapting to the tastes of the diners but always maintaining the essence of our cuisine.
